Booking terms
These terms apply to bookings made on our own site. Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com follow that platform's policy.
Cancellation
14 days or more before arrival: free cancellation. 13–7 days before arrival: 50 % of the price. Less than 7 days: 100 % of the price.
Payment
Bookings made more than 30 days ahead: half at booking and the balance 14 days before arrival. Bookings made less than 14 days ahead are paid in full at booking.
Security deposit
The 200 € deposit is returned once the villa has been handed over in normal condition.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the price. Please leave the villa tidy before you leave.

Pay by card, bank transfer or MobilePay. Online payment also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay.
FAQ
How fast is the internet?
The villa has free, fast wifi that handles video calls and streaming. The work corner has a height-adjustable desk and an ergonomic chair.
Can the villa be used in winter?
Yes. The villa is built for year-round use and the glass terrace has two electric heaters. In winter there are ski trails, tour skating and ice fishing nearby.
Can I charge an electric car?
Yes, EV charging is available for an extra fee: €10 per night, up to €40 per week. The charger has dynamic load management.
Is bed linen included?
Linen (sheets + towel) is €15 per set, or bring your own.
